At B&A Apparels, we want you to love your wardrobe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the clothing items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package the Items

  Carefully pack your unworn garments with all original tags intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
